Troubleshooting and Product Description

Electricity is present, but the water pump is not functioning: Solution: Open the pressure switch cover above the pump head, connect the two wires, and determine if the motor has a short circuit due to switch damage.

The pump does not work immediately after delivery: Solution: This is likely caused by loosened motor carbon brushes during shipping, preventing them from rebounding. Disassemble the motor back cover, toggle the carbon brush springs, and reinstall.

The water pump is operating normally, but the suction is insufficient, water output is low, and pressure is low: Solution: Disassemble the pump head, check for blockages in the pump cavity, and ensure the pump head and motor bracket are tight. Clean any debris on the valve and diaphragm, then reassemble.

The pump stops working after initial use: Solution: Water pumps require a higher starting current, typically 3-5 times the operating current. Ensure the battery and power supply are adequate.

Pressure Switch Adjustment: The pressure value is factory-set to the specified standard. For insufficient pressure, adjust cautiously - no more than half a turn at a time. Excessive adjustment may cause the pressure switch to malfunction or cycle frequently.

Steps: 1. Use a screwdriver to open the pressure switch cover. 2. Locate the hexagonal screw hole in the center of the switch. 3. Tighten clockwise to increase pressure, unscrew counterclockwise to reduce pressure.
